Old Mutual is a house hold name which were once one of South Africa’s strongest brands. If not for the great return on Investment, I would not do business with Old Mutual. This business has gone down the drain so badly. The service, overall, from professionalism to easy to do business with is shocking on a cellular level. Old Mutual ranks on the same level is government services. In fact, I have had more joy from public services. Pathetic and shocking. Please pay me R2mil average pa and I will reconstruct your very poor customer service.
