ANSWER US!!!

Here’s the backstory: My father in law suffered from a stroke (covid related) in December 2020. He was a SA tennis player, business owner and the head of a household. He survived and spent a month in Aurora & 3 weeks in Hospital but the one side of his body is still lame & has no sensation therefor cannot drive, pick up his tennis racket or even walk smoothly..

Well 7months down the line, 6 medical reports and assessments later (as per requested) Old Mutual South Africa has given absolutely no financial help or security .. he has a DISABILITY COVER with them that covers all of the above mentioned. The broker and us (the whole family) is absolutely fed up and almost want to give up trying to get anything out of this insurance we “thought” we had with them. They just keep “looking into it” and there’s just nothing happening.. if the insurance won’t pay out JUST SAY SO.. but don’t keep requesting more and more reports!! and then keeping us on a line for another 6 weeks..

He’s a fit 65y old man who needs his insurance to pay out after paying for 15 years!
