Annoyed

I am an extremely unhappy Old Mutual client. Ever since I changed to debit order by bank from persal, they have been taking an extra R250 from my account which I’ve been queuring and they keep telling me it’s my product. The reference that comes up is of my product yes, but the amount they take every month is in excess of R250. I’ve been sent from pillar and post for so long and they keep on asking me to send them my banking details which I did. I even went in to the branch where the receptionist started off by dismissing me before actually assisting. I am tired and will definitely be moving all my products from them. I will also want all my money for my retirement annuities despite their excuse that they don’t pay it out if it’s a certain amount. I thought oldmutual was a good company, but I guess I was wrong. I am not stupid and everyone I talk to is always so condescending. They debit R1295.67, R500, R250,R275. My products including green light are supposed to amount R2070.67. Instead they take R2320.67. I’m so upset
