Angry Old Mutual Client
I went to old mutual in promenade mall on the 21.06.2019 with regards to cancel a policy they stopped me at the door told me offline and I walked away.
I then came to old mutual N1 City mall on the 22.06.2019 they gave me a ticket at 8h15 kept telling me they will help me it will take 2 minutes after sitting since 8h15 for them only to tell me at 11h30 they still can't help me.
Old mutual are quick to take your money but when they have to give it back then it's always a ****ing issue they are a pathetic investment company which I will not recommend anyone to.
Quick to offer you their suit but when one goes there wanting your money back then it's our systems are offline we can't help you but their systems are online when they must take your money.
