Angry customer

My dad had opened a funeral cover and made sure he paid for years, now his funeral is in a couple of days Old Mutual has still not paid out our money to plan the funeral, they gave us a turn around time of 48 hours yet it’s been over a week now, I am fed up with Old Mutual, total ****s!

I am cancelling all my policies with this company today
