Angry and disappointed at Old Mutual

I’m so disappointed in Old Mutual, I’ve been a client with them for years. First they wouldn’t release all my funds for my retirement annuity and said they would only give me 1/3 of my money and pay the rest in instalments had to accept the offer as I needed the money for my own personal reasons they gave me 20days and said the amount would be in account 20days passed went to old mutual again to ask what was the hold up they then said I had to sign another form then the money would be realised in 15 days mind you there’s no communication whatsoever, again waited for the 15 days it has passed again no money in the acc went back they now telling me on the system it is written processing it might take two weeks again for me to get my money. I wouldn’t advice anyone to use old mutual it has really been a tough time for me and my family they have put us through so much. I’m writing this with a heavy heart
