Last year i went to old mutual after a lady that works there came to my work place and told me about a savings plan a long term and a short term and how i can save money and make my money grow at the end of last year 2018 i called in and ask how do i go about getting my short term money the lady at customer service said i need to bring in a years bank statement i was so angry i thn went to my bank did tht when i got there the lady that told me about the savings plan said no i just had to go to the bank for proof that old mutual took money from my account after they gave me the run around so three of my colleagues to me on monday that i have to and check my money because when they got there the money that should be there is not there i when today 01August2019 and my money is sort lile from last year jan till today i must have R3600 the lady told me that i only gave him R2100 the manager told me about fees that nobody told me about eveyone is very unhappy about the service at old mutual at carnival mall they are taking our money and they dont tell u about that i will go there every day just to ge my money i will go to the newspapers i just want my money back
