ANGRY

I went to Old Mutual in Adderely Street Cape Town to apply for a loan in the week of 25- 29 January, but because I did not qualify for the loan I then app**** to take money from my investment. Everything was processed and they confirmed the amount which I was suppose to receive and that it would take 5 business days. This week I receive my bank notification and the amount which I was told by the consultant that will appear in my account was totally different.<br> <br> I am very disappointed that I did not get the service which I required, to be told and confirmed the amount and then to my surprise did not even get half of what I was advised is a huge disappointment. I did not want to go back to that branch because it even took me 3 days to resolve my problem and I had wasted 3 full days at Old Mutual for this unprofessional disappointing service.
