And so the useless service continues. i really not happy at all. I'm given a date and time for feedback, then I don't get a call at all. This is really not on , WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE ISSUE WITH OLD MUTUAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHAT?????????????????????????????????????????
