07 Aug 2025, 16:50I'm beyond devastation with my experience with Old Mutual Greenlight policy, funeral, disability and chronic illness cover. I took the policy in 2013 have been paying since but today I went to the Old Mutual branc in Port shepstone assisted by Olwethu Nkilana after an hour she was on the phone with head office and I was informed that the policy lapsed with no explanation but it's nonexistent. I am very very disgusted by the explanation that did not make sense when the policy has been deducting from my persal and I have shown proofs of the deductions on my payslip. The service is pathetic and *********** administration of a company that I trusted with my ALL to look after my family when I'm no more
