I would like to report Amber Greeff for her *********** service, she does not seem to understand her job and her duties, after 4 days of submitting my documents for her to activate my old mutual rewards account she keeps coming back with stories, since yesterday she has been blatantly ignoring my emails which is rude and unprofessional
