amazing service
i would like to take this opportunity to thank Chriselda Balie for her outstanding service, she did in 2 min what the other agents (Masoodah and kerseyl) failed to do in 3 hours. it has been an absolute joy to deal with her and tank you to Zimasa for putting me through to her, seems like they are the only two people working here.
