Am waiting 3 mths for agent to process my request

i asked my appointed agent to apply to get my annuity transferred from another company to Old Mutual I have signed all required forms. This was done in July but nothing has been done yet I am not able to attend to it personally due to me being far from town with limited transport options. I am constantly sending emails or SMS`s but I do not get feedback. I am in desperate need of the funds by first or second week in October. What must I do to get satisfaction.
