Am not happy because of your employee

Am not happy because of your employee. She opened a policy for me, and she mixed up the names of my grandmother with my father, and now she can help me. So she's telling me I must go to do affidavit and I can't so I tell her to cancel the policy that she open for me again because am not happy of her service.all she want is to get clients but she don't care..........
