Am I dead too?

My husband died on Sunday. I am distraught and overwhelmed completely. I trusted Old Mutual would have my back. I received a generic response with a tracking number when I first emailed. No replies to subsequent follow ups. Not even condolences. In a state of utter disbelief that after paying our policy faithfully every month for years, I am left in this state of confusion.
