Am angry i want my money back Old mutual has been making a fool out of me

I had a funeral policy with old mutual for years i decided to cancel it due to finacial strain. I went to the branch they cancelled it and told me if the deducting goes tru the following month they will reverse it 3 months later nothing i tried to calling the call center nothing ,went to the branch they told me they offline, am tired a of being tossed and turned abt this i want my money today. Old Mutual is playing with me. They will tell u they investigating they have been investigating.
