ALMOST HALF OF MY MOTHER'S PENSION NOT PAID OUT!!!!

My elderly mother received her pension today. A wopping R4500 was deducted off of her pension of R11,000. Old Mutual is ducking and diving with no explanation other than it is a "systems tax" error. Can someone at least pick a phone and contact us to explain what deducted and why. It cannot be tax, since her Old Mutual pension is below the threshold.
