Almost a year for Dad's Death Benefit (not paid!) - Pension Fund update still pending!?

Dear Claims Department, Old Mutual. My dad has passed away last year June (06-Jun-2020). I have made numerous calls for assistance and I keep on being told, nothing can be done until I submit "Letter of Executorship", which I did on the 02-Feb-2021.

I am, to this day awaiting feedback! I have sent numerous attachments to my dad's company. Alas, nothing has been done to date. Obtaining an update from the company or Old Mutual is a mission!

Can someone please just help in this regard? If there is something additional needed from our side, can someone please let me know.
