Almost 3 months !!!! No payout

When I changed jobs in March , claim for a partial withdrawal and transferring the rest to a new fund was sent through to Old Mutual . The turn around time was said to be 21 days. Till today no claim has has been paid. I have been following up with no direction. They expected me to go get information from my new fund …basically do their job. They have not transferred to my new fund nor paid me...would not recommend to anyone. You will struggle come payout time. They are lazy and want to be run after . Terrible service with employees who are lazy to think.
