Almost 2 months to sort payment and then pay short
My dad's retirement policy matured 01 Oct 2013 and after numerous requests and visits it is finally paid out, but they paid R20,604.37 short!! No explanation, no response to messages left, just no interest at all. Its not like its a few bucks. Can someone please contact Cas Bresler to resolve urgently?
