ALLAN GRAY FUND

Hi. Its been almost 3 years since the passing of my dad. He had an Allan Gray investment fund made out to my brother who is 23 years old and my step brother's daughter (4/5). My mother who is the executor of the estate has been to Old Mutual regarding the payout of these funds, they told my mom that they can't make two separate pay outs and my step brother is REFUSING to sign on his daughters behalf which means my brother cant get his funds. Is there anyone who can help in this regard? What can we do?

I am still awaiting feedback from Old Mutual. The last time we spoke, the person I'm in contact with said that by December 5th they will do the policy Disinvestment separately whether or not my step brother submit or not. On the 5th I asked for any feedback, they ask ME for the mother's contact number after being in contact with her husband and after that, no further contact. I want to know what is going on. I am at the point where I'm about to post all conversations and where my husband and myself will take all our policies and investments to a different company.

I would like to thank BILQEES CARELSE for assisting me in finalizing my brother's policy claim. Always updating and providing feedback. This matter has finally been resolved, thank you.
