Dear Helopeter - every month an amount is deducted from my current account in payment for an accidental death insurance. In order to ensure that the details on this policy are correct, I had difficulty tracing who to talk to. I eventually filled in a call back notice. I was called back and explained to the agent what I wanted and quoted the number on my bank account which I presumed is the policy number. The agent took my ID number, traced the policy and promised to email the policy immediately. If it did not arrive I was given a number to call. No email arrived and the telephone number goes unanswered. The agent I spoke to was Simphiwa Moyo and telephone number given is ***.

The policy number on my bank account is Alllifeom AAA***9

Is it possible for hellpeter to alert All life to honor my request and honor their promise to email my policy. Thank you in advance
