Aisha Alekar from old Mutual admin Is refusing to help with a very serious matter, while all proof s provided.

Old mutual money account sucks!!These guys are not helping at all. They reserved money from my account for a purchase that did not go through. Now they are holding onto my own money on a "pending" basis, refusing to take responsibility and put the money in my account where I can use it, Its been a whole 2 weeks of disgusting behavior from the consultants. Aisha Alekar from they're admin department is telling me basically o look for my money at the merchant ,where as I provided proof that the merchant did not receive any payment ,the purchase failed!!
