Aggrieved by silence treatment from Old Mutual concerning my ***** complaint!

On the 21 February 2024 I logged a ***** complaint with Old Mutual. I had almost all my policies duplicated without my consent and some even 3 times. I was sent an acknowledgement sms and reference number and told the case has been handed over to their forensic department. I never heard anything from Old Mutual after that up until I called them on the first week of May 2024 and I was told that the follow-up complaint has been escalated but there's still no communication up to this day. I still am sitting here not knowing whats happening to my case and yet they are still deducting that hefty and crippling amount from my salary. I'm a very aggrieved client as I've been with Old Mutual for years but the treatment and service I get is appalling.
