Agent went an Extra mile to resolve my query in 1 day after battling to get my refund for almost 2 weeks.

Yesterday I called old mutual customer care and was helped by Gashan, very helpful,professional, patient, and friendly he managed to assist in solving my refund request which was pending for almost 2 weeks now.at the branch i was told it will take 3-5 working days and when i made follow up last through call center customer care I was told it takes longer than that which I waited again but yesterday when I called again I was advised a of something different after telling the agent of how I have been waiting he promised to escalate and mark my query/request as urgent and this morning I received my refund.......Thank you Gashan for all your help and going an extra mile as promised you really are a service champion.
