Agent kaycee Govender of the torsvale branch in umhlanga has breached my trust with om as he defaulted in the handling of my policies and investment. A case is being persuaded currently as he has betrayed me as a client of om. An investigation is also underway. I have been awaiting the ombudsman to date no return calls.
