After several months, Old Mutual still not responsive

To anyone who is considering investing with Old Mutual, kindly note Old Mutual are quick to convince you to invest with them but the day they need to transfer or oay out their either do not respond (even complaints dept) and it took me 8 months to conclude the one transfer and still struggle to get the final transfer done. Their clent services are pathetic!
