After sending my documentation through 10 times to 10 different consultant. I still land up receiving statements

The last time I reported the issue with their complaints department. NO call received, but an email, stating the matter has been attended too and their systems was updated. Again, I'm receiving statements. Can somebody please update your system and upload my documentation.
