AFTER RESIGNING MANAGEMENT HACKED AND CHANGED MY ACCOUNT DETAILS ON PAY SLIP

<p>I resigned formally from Old Mutual Ghandi Square Area on 04 July 2017, on Friday 07 July 2017 at an exit interview with my sales branch manager Mr. Kiditi Boshoma JHB-SO4, he wanted to give me unpaid leave days for two weeks prior to my resignation. I refused to sign those, because I sigend daily register during my employment with Old Mutual unti the 04th July 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since that day I had no access to Old Mutual "Oracle" a system designed for Old Mutual employees to see their payslips, bonus letters and anything regarding their pay and leave days. I assumed that this was because I had resigned and the office administrator at Old Mutual Miss Tshireletso Motake confirmed that probably it was because my staff code had been disabled. She then gave me telephone number (021) ********** . I then called that number I was then given an alternative number (021) ********** and to my surprise the lady I spoke to at (021) ********** on Friday 21 July 2017 told me according to her my staff code was still active and not disabled but then as I was talking to her she told me that she just received my resignation papers shortly as we were talking on the phone. She then gave me an email address to which I would receive my payslips ********** <p>To my surprise on Monday 24th July 2017 at 08:00 when I received my payslips there was an alteration on my July payslip with ***** deduction of R500 (which has never ever before been deducted on my salary since I was employed by Old Mutual) to an account detail: Bank – Nedbank; Account Number – ********** 049, Branch Code – 198765, also on the pay slip there is an account detail: Bank – Nedbank; Account Number – ********** 138; Branch Code – 198765 to wich the salary will be paid to.</p> <p> I know that there is only few people with powers to get into "Oracle" system, either Manager or Office Administrators. I have never shared my "Oracle" details with anyone, it surprise me that it is hacked when I have resigned form the company, furthermore, under normal circumstances I was not expecting full monthly salary and yet it is full pay with nothing stating my last day at work. Despite numerous attempts to receive my payslip and bonus letter for July, I was sent from pillar to post with numerous contact people and email addresses .</p>
