After 6 days still no payment

<p>On the 5th of July 2017 I went to the Old Mutual branch in the Golden Acre to get money from the educational plan I have opened as I was in desperate need of money. After waiting for almost 1 hour for assistance I finally was called into a booth and thought things would run fairly quick but still I spent an hour going through screens and signing and a very, very slow consultant or PC. Since I really needed the money I braved through all of this and the guy who was assisting me advised that I rather open an account with Old Mutual as that will guarantee that it takes up to 3 -5 working unlike when it is sent to my bank account. Today is the 12 of July 2017 still nothing on this account. I am really ****ed and don't want to go back to your branch again and have to wait and waste more of my time. I regret the day I joined you guys. Please sort this out as this has really inconvienced me.</p>
