After 3 months...

<p>I have been struggling since December to get 2 policies cancelled, i have fought, yelled, begged and pleaded with no one listening or explaining anything to me. Finally i got through to Irafan Kandemeyer (apologies if spelling is wrong) who promised me on our very first call that he will take responsibility for my problem and help me. And he did, with the assistance of Karla Jenniker, they explained to me what was going on, what was the delay and why I had been struggling. I just want to say thank you to these two people, Old Mutual needs more people like you!</p>
