Administration fees **** at Old Mutual

I had an investment goal account which was sold to me and investment account that I can save money for future with old mutual and I felt good about and there was never any down side to this investment.

Today I wanted to cash in on my investment and I am being told my more is short of R500 Rands which they explain to me as Admin fees.

When I agreed to take up this investment I was never told about administration fees for an investment account.I feel very upset and very disappointed at this matter because if the person selling me this product was upfront and honest with me about what it would cost me I dnt believe I would have taken the product.

I cancelled the investment and I dnt want to invest anymore with old mutual because they failed to disclose the full details about the product.

I would also appreciate it if my money (R500) is refunded to me.
