Acknowledgments to Mrs. Nandipha Banti & Ms. Vuvu Velele Old Mutual staff in KWT Branch

2024 around July I noticed some money being deducted from my payslip without my knowledge, I made a follow up only to find that I've been ****med by two of Old Mutual employees, I reported the ***** to their head office where I was asked to send proof & write an affidavit which I comp**** they told me they have opened a case where an investigation will take place for about a period of three months then after three months I will be paid my monies back, my case never went anywhere it was NEVER ATTENDED TO only for my case to be attended to in November 2024.

Mrs. Nandipha Banti was the only person that contacted me after I was referred to her by Ms. Vuvu Velele from the KWT Branch, these ladies are the only people from Old Mutual that made a follow up for me, they kept me updated, Mrs. Banti even helped to get in touch with their Forensic Department even went an extra mile of making a follow up with the forensic department also with their refund department she did everything in her power to make sure that I received my refund.

I want to Acknowledge these two ladies Mrs. Nandipha Banti & Ms. Vuvu Velele if it wasn't for their passion for their job I would have still be trying to contact & still be writing affidavits for their head office, Old Mutual should be grateful to have these ladies as their employees
