Accusation

I was there (18/08/2015) to apply for a part withdrawal on my accounts. I was helped by some guy at cubicle 7. when i arrived at home , i got the call from him asking me about the ****** phone then he gave some lady a phone to speak with me. The lady was so rude to me, she even told me that my application wont be processed. I then told them to watch the CCTV cameras who took the phone.
