******** account suspension and blocked funds

I have a Money Account with them which I opened online in 2022 around August but I only collected actual card in March 2023. I deposited money and uses the card only in April. When I used again in August to use my card I found that my card was non functional and when I visited the branch (Tsakane Mall) I was told that my card was suspended as of 2 June 2023 as it is being investigated. That came to me as a suprise as I was never contacted via telephone, sms or email to advise otherwise of the situation at hand. Since my visit yo the branch no communication has taken place from their side and I still cannot access the money I deposited into the account to date. Iget my normal monthly statement on this account but I cannot utulise the account.I have tried call the company but they are taking me from pillar to post. No one wants to give me an answer as to why my account is being investigated and why it's taking so long for their si called investigation.
