Account Settled but Still not removed from Transunion Credit Report Listing

RE: Fully Paid-up and Settled Account not Removed from Credit Report listing

I provide Old Mutual with a paid-up letter from their appointed Attorneys who collected my account (Smith-Smith Attorneys), the account was fully settled and paid-up on 18 January 2018. All legal costs have also been settled in full and no further amount is owing.

Old Mutual has still not updated my ITC Credit Report listing to paid-up. Credit Report still indicates that I owe Old Mutual on the Transunion Report amount of R33 599.

Old Mutual must remove the listing from the Credit Report as I have settled the account in full.
