Account paid up but they cant give me a paid up letter and update my ITC thats terrible , now i got a new job they are refusing to give document to sign uo untill my itc is updated

<p>i have paid up the account as discussed now i finally got a job they want a person to be cleared in ITC To be able to be registered in the company but now they are refusing to update the itc for me, i have up untill friday this week should have updated the itc</p> <p> </p> <p>please help</p>
