Account not debited for 3-4 months

I changed my dank account and went to Jabulani mall to submit all the necessary documents,I got notifications of Old mutual acknowledging the update

It's been 3 - 4 months now they not debiting my account,I don't understand why I need to run after them while I've submitted the right docs..

Even worse I'm not even getting a link/massage notifying me of them not receiving my debit there's no attempt

Can I have a link to pay because I'm nolonger waiting my time going to the branch because it's not helping me
