Account info no updated with credit Beureu

i had a consolidation loan which i closed and aid up in 2015 Oct 6th - my information has since not been updated with Credit Beureu i now appear as a slow payer as it reflects that i have been owing Old Mutual R900.00 for 2 yrs.

i called their head office and i was give ref number and still this day the account info is not yet updated.

When i call Credit Beureu they say the instruction has to come from the service provider whom has failed to do this in the last 2 yrs.

The branch gave me the statement and paid up letter but they not helping seeing when you apply for a loan or credit they look at the credit report
