ACCOUNT CLOSED BEFORE MY PAY DAY AND NOW I WILL NOT BE PAID!!!!!

I was persuaded by an Old Mutual worker by Buhle at the PMB Long Market branch to take a loan and hence I agreed. She advised me that I should switch from my old bank and get paid via old mutual, I did as she advised. I amended my banking details with my employer to be updated to Old Mutual...due to the procedures my employer changed my banking details to be as effective as the October Salary and not the September Salary. I did not get paid via Old mutual in september but this month next week wednesday I am supposedly due to be paid via old mutual.

I received an sms from old mutual that my account as been closed as reads" HI NOXOLO, Your Money Account SWIPE and SAVE account has been closed.

I visited numerous branches they claim they cannot open and retrieve my initial account number which means that I WILL NOT RECEIVE MY OCTOBER SALARY, let alone their loan of which I do not care about right now!!!

I want OLD MUTUAL to get me account number so I will receive my OCTOBER SALARY and it is an inconvenience for me as well to go back to my employer and ask that they switch back to my old account number as this will only be processed end of JANUARY...I spent most of my day roaming around being shoved around the PMB branches

I have financial responsibilities to attend too soon as the month ends!! I WANT MY SALARY!!!! i have spoken to various area managers and they seem to be as more blank then I am.

Buhle who was the one that persuaded me in taking the loan, i informed her and she told me with attitude that she doesn't know when she will be back and should she return she will not be dealing with such as she has been promoted. I have received the most stressful service with old mutual and I NEED THIS SORTED BEFORE OCTOBER ENDS so I will be able to pay my month responsibilities!!!!
