Hi , i have a policy with Old mutual and my agreement with you guys i you debit my account on the 25 th of each month not a day early now this month you decided to come on the 23rd and ofcourse it bounced and i had to Pay R65 for it, i want my R65 back because i never changed any agreement with you. i feel its therefore not right for me to pay R65 if you came on the date of your choice, please sort this out.an what i dont even understand it the 25th wasnt even a holiday and didnt fall on a weekend..
