Accidental death redefined

Some years ago I took Comprehensive and Extended funeral cover with Old Mutual. One of the benefits of this cover is that it will pay double in the event of accidental death, subject to legal limit. In August this year I submitted a claim for my late uncle. My uncle was burnt to death accidentally in a farm in Port Elizabeth, to my surprise Old Mutual classify the death as "******". I submitted the police report that ruled any foul play. ****** is clearly defined in the ******** Procedure Act. Other insurance companies regarded the death as accidental. I am very disappointed with Old Mutual. Regards M.W Dyakala
