Accidental Death Claim reference number: CEB ***

Old Mutual claims to pay within 48hrs if death is due to an accident today as of 9 September no claim was paid claim was submitted 29 July everytime I go to check Old Mutual Customer service tells me in process how long do they process death claims ? Submitted all necessary documents. There's no explanation as to why the claim was never paid. Deceased buried already and unveiling was done already....
