My sister has a investment policy and pocket save, she passed away in 2018 and i am listed as beneficiary. Yet i cannot be paid out because i don't have a late estate bank account in her name and i went to all the banks to open one and they cannot open one as they saying the payout from Old Mutual is to little. Please can someone tell me how else to get the funds from Old Mutual as there branches cannot assist and Group Scheme doesn't answer their phones no matter how long you wait for someone to answer
