Abysmal service from Old Mutual

Old Mutual deducted too much tax from my pension and I have been trying to get this resolved for almost 3 weeks without success. They NEVER answer their call centre number and email I get just keep saying someone will contact me in the future. I wish I had never purchased a pension from them. Be guided by my experience.
