Absolutely Terrible Service! Don't use them!

This must be the worst service I have ever received! My wife submitted forms to Old Mutual Wealth 10 days ago requesting to be placed on pension from her Retirement Annuity. She heard nothing apart from an automated response saying they received it so I thought I would check up on her behalf. I phoned Old Mutual who said it was not them but old Mutual Wealth which is another number. They put me through only to be cut off, I phoned again only to be put through to the wrong people again, who then transferred me back to OM Wealth, after which I was cut off again. After 10 days we have received no notification and also can't get hold of anyone to discuss it. This is impossible!
