ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AT OLD MUTUAL !!!!!!!!!!

I am so FRUSTASTED AND ****ED with Old Mutual and not sure who to speak to anymore. We as customers are so *****ed because we cannot escalate the matter/ issue ourselves, our call ends with a very clueless call center that puts you on hold for more than 15minutes!!! They promise that their seniors will call back and never do so. I have a retirement annuity with Old Mutual which I have claimed and due to receive. I was supposed to receive the funds after 21 working days. I have been calling the call center almost daily for the funds to be paid into my account and the query has been escalated because nobody seems to know WHAT THE HELL they're doing. I was told that the directive was received on the 21st November already but to date funds are not paid into my account. The worst part is that the managers never want to speak to customers. The service is absolutely TERRIBLE. It's the worst I have ever encountered. The call center staff members give you nicknames when you ask for their names, the one said she was Lelo instead of Nompumelelo, I mean REALLY???? I just want my money paid into my account TODAY, this query is long over due argggg.
