Absolutely horrible

What a horrible place to do business with, I made a request 3 weeks (this coming week will be a full month ago) I submitted the documents as required then the games started, ducking and diving and a "team" that will look into my query and request, I've been struggling for almost a month now. Their lies, games and deceit, South Africans please stay away... I'm really disappointed. They don't even deserve one star.
