Absolutely Disappointed – Terrible Service

Hello Peter Please help. I've been trying to get my unpaid premium collected from Old mutual however its been a nightmare. My premium was unpaid in December, I've visited the Old mutual branch Greenacres( date 10 Jan ref CEB***), and got them to collect both premiums on 25 January, however they decide to collect part of the premium on the 12TH January 2026 after I've been to the branch and the other part on the 25th January. I've been calling old mutual since then 27 January ***, again on the 06th February and today 19th February. I've also sent several emails with no response. But today I held on until someone finally answers. The consultant with the name Masibulele so rude talks over me and very unhelpful transfers me to someone else, holing on i get transferred to another Consultant Siwe , after repeating myself, all she says hold on, i ask for what and she puts me on hold again. I've had it with old mutuals don't care attitude, I've been a client with them since 2008 and to be treated like this as a client is unacceptable. Staff should be trained to care about the clients and not just collect a pay cheque as this seems to be the case. They are rude and just don't care . Its suppose to be customer care , but care for who? Please can someone from Old Mutual respond ***
