Absolute Poor Service Dilivery. Superfund taking too long for withdrawal to complete

Lost My Job in 2024. Joined Superfund in 2015. Now that m Unemployed, Needed My Money, to Further my Studies, on the other hand for Survival. Being Struggling for almost 5-6 months Trying to Withdraw the Superfund, Having a terrible Experience with Old Mutual for the Payment. They will convince you it takes weeks to complete the process. But Now it's almost 6 months waiting. Withdrawal was canceled several Times, Provided I didn't get valid Reasons send to my why. Documents needed where all completely submitted. This is the worst Financial institution I came across. They don't even care what their clients are surviving with. Called them for 3-4 months every week they telling me same Story that I should wait for some days. I am Stressed and frastrated at the moment coz m stuck with everything in life.
